My name is, Kaylan Rose Turner, and I am renewing my love for the wild one day at a time. I have recently moved back to my home state of Kentucky. I love hiking, backpacking, fishing, and eating large amounts of junk food. I have two fur children, a Yorkie and a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, who love to get outside with me. When I am not getting in to trouble outside, I love watching classic movies, antiquing, dancing, and eating (again) junk food.
Big Hikes:
- Appalachian Trail 2015: 1,500 miles GA - CT. You may know me as 'Ninja Geisha' on the AT. My foot successfully healed and I was able to complete the entire AT in 2016.
- Camino de Santiago (Way of St. James): Completed June/July 2016
